Is It Worth It?: If you've been thinking about picking up a new PS4 or Xbox One but haven't had the heart to get rid of your old console, maybe this Editors' Choice offer can sway you: Best Buy will give you a gift card worth at least $100 when you trade in your old PS3 or Xbox 360. That's easily the best trade-in offer we've ever seen for either of these systems.

Is It Worth It?: So you've decided to trade-in your Xbox 360 and upgrade to the Xbox One. Obviously, you're going to want a few games! This Editors' Choice deal will reward your early adoption with a $50 Toys "R" Us gift card. All you have to do is purchase three Xbox One games or accessories for $60 each. (You could also purchase three $60 Xbox 360 games to qualify, but, oh noes! Your old console is gone.)

Those who trade-in a Xbox 360 with a 250GB hard drive or a PS3 slim are guaranteed $150 in credit towards the purchase of an Xbox One, making it the easiest its ever been to upgrade. Users can save more if they have an extra wireless controller. Best Buy is guaranteeing shoppers $10 for every one of those that they trade-in. $100 in the offer is the actual trade-in credit for the console. The other $50 is in the form of a coupon on the Xbox One itself. Buyers can use the $100 credit on anything they want, but the coupon is only good for the Xbox One.

Xbox One shoppers have until November 15th to take advantage of this Xbox One trade-in deal. After that, the coupon will disappear and Best Buy will go back to only giving those who trade in the Xbox 360 with 250GB of storage and the PS3 Slim a flat $100 in credit.

GTA V $30 trade in program at Target when you trade in GTA V from the PS3 or 360. You get the coupon when you trade in the game.Search for the closest qualifying store near you via this site:

Ah . A coupon? I see Target has wised up. Was going to trade my planned flips to Walmart that didn't go through because of them bailing out after almost a week and not accepting trades. Would have been a small, but decent profit. Oh well. I don't have to go through the trouble of returning the game now. Unless I'm not getting something, I'm sure they'd only refund me $30.

You get $27.20 with GCU at best buy by the way, $17 base + 50% bonus + 10% GCU bonus so probably a better deal if you have GCU, since GTA5 remastered will be $48 - 27.20 = $20.80 minus $10 RZ points if you preorder today. Whereas at Target it'll be $60 - 30.

Anyone thinking about attempting this. I'm wondering if it's like best buy. The paper says you get a $30 coupon so do you still get the trade in gift card as well.Like with the call of duty deal you got a $10 coupon + $15 gift card at best buy.I'd go to target if we get a $30 coupon +$11.35 gift card. If not going to best buy

Yeah, I bought my copy of GTA V at Target for $19.99 with a price match plus $20 off before Target finally figured out the glitch about two months ago. I'm still debating whether or not to trade in my copy, which would mean that I paid full price for GTA V at the end of the day, even if it is a new gen copy of the game.

SCORE! Stopped out of curiosity at a not-so-busy Target. Secured THE LAST reservation card for $1. Going back in the morning to trade in my PS3 copy, receive my $5 gift card, and use a gift card I've been holding onto to cover the balance. Now all I need is a PS4 lol ...

But just because you want to start the next-gen with a bang doesn't mean you need to wait. Microsoft today revealed the titles for its $10 Xbox One trade-in upgrade program: Battlefield 4, Madden NFL 25, Need for Speed Rivals, Call of Duty: Ghosts, NBA 2K14, FIFA 14, and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. Watch Dogs is also eligible with Best Buy and Amazon.

You must buy the games within roughly one month of their release on Xbox 360 to be eligible. Then, when Xbox One is released on Nov. 22, you can trade them in for $50 credit toward their next-gen versions.

I have been selling and buying from gamenation for the past 6 months, and its been hassle free. The prices I get on physical games have always been the best among other stores. Would definitely suggest to trade with them.

This is part of our video game collecting 101 series.MethodologyWe randomly chose 100 video games for PS2, Xbox 360, PS3, PSP, Nintendo DS, or Wii and found the prices for them on September 14th 2009. The list included 42 PS2 Games, 9 PS3, 20 Nintendo DS, 7 PSP, 13 Wii, and 9 Xbox 360. The list includes a wide range of games like Fallout 3, Animal Crossing Wild World, Marvel vs Capcom 2, Pokemon Platinum, and My Chinese Coach, Mini-Ninja's, and Cars. When calculating the "Average Price" we only used the 26 games that every retailer offered a price for.

The problem with eBay is not so much dealing with idiots, as it is actually selling something. There is nothing worse than the disappointment of taking the time to write a good listing for your Game, and having it sit there because you weren't willing to sell it for 90% less than you paid for it.Personally, I've had good experiences with a website called Swag Bucks, because not only can you add any game in their inventory to your "to sell" list, you can then print the label off and send them off in your own box. What you get in turn is virtual money that can be used to buy games for every system, and even consoles and accessories.I much prefer the online trade experience to doing it in store like I foolishly used to. I even thought Game Crazy gave much more for trade-in's, but all it takes is a couple of new game trades for you to figure out that they're only marginally better than GameStop.Give Swag Bucks a shot, because they don't just offer games - they have lots of apparel, collectibles, books, gift cards, etc. It's something you have to be diligent about though, if you do sign up. You use the Swag Bucks search engine (Which is just Ask+Google in one engine) instead of others, and you get rewarded for it. It's a great system. 041b061a72
